Resumo O objetivo da pesquisa foi extrair, obter o perfil peptídico e avaliar a atividade antimicrobiana do extrato peptídico bruto de duas amostras de queijo de Coalho artesanal produzidos no município de Venturosa, localizado no Agreste de Pernambuco – Brasil. Nas eletroforeses realizadas, foram evidenciadas de 12 a 15 bandas. Na análise por espectrometria de massa, foram identificados 24 fragmentos peptídeos. O extrato peptídico bruto apresentou atividade antimicrobiana diante dos microrganismos Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 6057, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 e Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 na concentração de 225 mg/mL. Os presentes resultados sugerem que em aproximadamente 5 g do queijo são encontrados peptídeos capazes de inibir o crescimento dos microrganismos patogênicos testados. Sendo assim, pode-se indicar o caráter funcional do queijo de Coalho.

Abstract The aim of this research was to extract the crude peptide extracts from two samples of artisanal “Coalho” cheese produced in the city of Venturosa in the drylands of the State of Pernambuco – Brazil, and evaluate their peptide profile and antimicrobial activity. Electrophoresis showed evidence of 12 to 15 bands and mass spectrometry identified 24 peptide fragments. Furthermore, the crude extract presented antimicrobial activity against Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 6057, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 at a concentration of 225 mg/mL. The present results suggest that peptides capable of inhibiting the growth of the pathogenic microorganisms tested can be found in approximately 5g of the cheese. Thus “Coalho” cheese can be indicated for its functional character.

RESUMO A trombose é uma doença patofisiológica causada pelo acúmulo de fibrina no sangue. Proteases fibrinolíticas com potente atividade trombolítica são produzidas por diversas fontes microbianas. Considerando a biodiversidade microbiana da região amazônica, o presente estudo teve como objetivo a seleção, produção e caracterização bioquímica da enzima fibrinolítica de Streptomyces sp. isolado de líquens da Amazônia. Streptomyces DPUA1576 foi a melhor produtora com atividade fibrinolítica de 283 mm2. Três variáveis em dois níveis foram utilizadas para determinar as variáveis mais relevantes na produção da enzima fibrinolítica (FA). Os parâmetros estudados foram agitação (0.28 - 1.12 g), temperatura (28 - 36 ºC) e pH (6.0 - 8.0) e todos obtiveram efeitos significativos na produção fibrinolítica. A maior atividade fibrinolítica (304 mm2) foi obtida a 1.12 g, 28 ºC e pH 8.0. O extrato bruto da fermentação foi usado para determinar as propriedades bioquímicas da enzima. Atividades proteásica e fibrinolítica foram estáveis durante 6 horas no intervalo de pH entre 6.8 - 8.4 e 5.8 - 9.2, respectivamente. Temperatura ótima para a atividade proteásica foi entre 35 - 55 °C, enquanto que para a atividade fibrinolítica foi de 45 ºC. Atividade proteásica foi inibida por íons Cu2+ e Co2+, fluoreto de fenilmetilsulfonil e pepstatina A, na qual sugere que a enzima é uma serino-protease. O extrato enzimático degradou o fibrinogênio nas subunidades Aα, Aβ e γ. Os resultados apresentados indicam que Streptomyces sp. DPUA 1576 produz enzimas com atividade fibrinolítica e fibrinogenolítica, enzimas com aplicações importantes na indústria farmacêutica.

ABSTRACT Thrombosis is a pathophysiological disorder caused by accumulation of fibrin in the blood. Fibrinolytic proteases with potent thrombolytic activity have been produced by diverse microbial sources. Considering the microbial biodiversity of the Amazon region, this study aimed at the screening, production and biochemical characterization of a fibrinolytic enzyme produced by Streptomyces sp. isolated from Amazonian lichens. The strain Streptomyces DPUA1576 showed the highest fibrinolytic activity, which was 283 mm2. Three variables at two levels were used to assess their effects on the fibrinolytic production. The parameters studied were agitation (0.28 - 1.12 g), temperature (28 - 36 ºC) and pH (6.0 - 8.0); all of them had significant effects on the fibrinolytic production. The maximum fibrinolytic activity (304 mm2) was observed at 1.12 g, 28 ºC, and pH of 8.0. The crude extract of the fermentation broth was used to assess the biochemical properties of the enzyme. Protease and fibrinolytic activities were stable during 6 h, at a pH ranging from 6.8 to 8.4 and 5.8 to 9.2, respectively. Optimum temperature for protease activity ranged between 35 and 55 °C, while the highest fibrinolytic activity was observed at 45 ºC. Proteolytic activity was inhibited by Cu2+ and Co2+ ions, phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) and pepstatin A, which suggests that the enzyme is a serine protease. Enzymatic extract cleaved fibrinogen at the subunits Aα-chain, Aβ-chain, and γ-chain. The results indicated that Streptomyces sp. DPUA 1576 produces enzymes with fibrinolytic and fibrinogenolytic activity, enzymes with an important application in the pharmaceutical industry.

This study aimed to identify antioxidant peptides from caprine casein hydrolysates by papain application using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer, and a 2² full factorial design, with 4 axial points, in order to evaluate kinetic parameters (time and pH) effects on the degree of hydrolysis as well as the antioxidant activity of Moxotó goat milk casein peptides. Degree of hydrolysis was determined by total and soluble protein ratio in casein. Antioxidant activity was measured by ABTS method with 2, 2-cation-azinobis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid). TROLOX was used as standard. Peptide pattern and sequence of antioxidant amino acids were obtained using MALDI-TOF/MS. The highest degree of hydrolysis (28.5%) and antioxidant activity (2329.6 mmol.L TROLOX. mg- 1 peptide) were observed in the permeate. NENLL, NPWDQVK and LLYQEPVLGPV peptides, detected in the permeate, were pointed as the responsible for antioxidant activity, suggesting their potential application as food supplement and pharmaceutical products.

The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of temperature on the pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana against Diatraea saccharalis and evaluate the horizontal transmission capacity among the sugarcane borer larvae. The strains were most pathogenic at 26ºC, followed by 32ºC than at 20ºC, with respective mortalities of 100, 50 and 30.3%. The lethal time was also affected by the temperature, with the shortest LT 50 observed at 26ºC (2.2 days) and the longest at 20ºC (16.2 days). The URM2915 strain appeared most effective in all the experiments as having potential for deployment in biological control programs for the sugarcane borer. Results in horizontal transmission of B. bassiana showed that this procedure could also be adopted as control strategy for the sugarcane borer.

Enzymes obtained by fermentation processes offer a number of advantages and have been widely researched and used throughout the world. This study aimed to partially characterise an inulinase produced from palm and cassava peel. The enzyme was produced via the solid-state fermentation of Aspergillus japonicus URM5633. The optimal temperatures were 50ºC and 55ºC, and the optimal pH values were 5.2 and 3.4 for inulinase fermentatively produced from palm and cassava peel, respectively. The thermostability measurements for inulinase produced in palm showed that the relative activity remained below 100% until 30 minutes of stability for all temperatures, but reached 106.8% at a temperature of 50ºC after 60 minutes. Inulinase from the crude extract of cassava peel was pH stable and only decreased to 55% of the maximal activity over the course of the assay, suggesting that this enzyme can be used in inulinase production and can be utilized in food industries.

Lectins are carbohydrate-binding proteins of non-imune origin. This group of proteins is distributed widely in nature and they have been found in viruses, microorganisms, plants and animals. Lectins of plants have been isolated and characterized according to their chemical, physical-chemical, structural and biological properties. Among their biological activities, we can stress its fungicidal action. It has been previously described the effect of the lectins Dviol, DRL, ConBr and LSL obtained from the seeds of leguminous plants on the growth of yeasts isolated from vaginal secretions. In the present work the experiments were carried out in microtiter plates and the results interpreted by both methods: visual observations and a microplate reader at 530nm. The lectin concentrations varied from 0.5 to 256µg/mL, and the inoculum was established between 65-70% of trammitance. All yeast samples isolated from vaginal secretion were evaluated taxonomically, where were observed macroscopic and microscopic characteristics to each species. The LSL lectin did not demonstrate any antifungal activity to any isolate studied. The other lectins DRL, ConBr and DvioL, showed antifungal potential against yeast isolated from vaginal secretion. These findings offering offer a promising field of investigation to develop new therapeutic strategies against vaginal yeast infections, collaborating to improve women's health.

A full two-level factorial design was employed to study the influence of PEG molar mass (MM PEG), PEG concentration (C PEG) and phosphate concentration (C PHOSPH) on proteases partition by Lentinus citrinus DPUA 1535 in a PEG/phosphate aqueous two-phase system (ATPS). For all ATPS studied, proteases partitioned for the top phase and the best proteases extraction condition was obtained with MM PEG = 6000 g mol-1, C PEG = 17.5% (w/w) and C PHOSPH = 25% (w/w) with (1.1) purification factor and (151%) activity yield. Findings reported here demonstrate a practical strategy that serves as a first step for proteases purification from crude extract by L. citrinus.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi determinar as variáveis que influenciam a produção simultânea de celulases e xilanase por Aspergillus aculeatus URM 4953 e A. phoenicis URM 4924, com uso de bagaço de cana-de-açúcar como substrato. As variáveis avaliadas foram pH inicial, tempo de cultivo, concentração do substrato, agitação, concentração do inóculo, temperatura, tipo de bagaço de cana-de-açúcar e espécie de Aspergillus. Foi utilizado o planejamento fatorial fracionário 2(8-4), com três repetições no ponto central. Todas as variáveis analisadas influenciaram a produção de pelo menos uma das enzimas. As maiores atividades enzimáticas observadas foram: celulases totais, 0,45 UI mL-1; endoglucanase, 0,60 UI mL-1; exoglucanase, 0,17 U mL-1 ; celobiase 6,42 UI mL-1; e xilanase, 30,05 U mL-1. As melhores condições para produção das enzimas foram: pH 6,0; tempo de cultivo de 168 horas; bagaço de cana-de-açúcar residual como substrato; e A. aculeatus URM 4953, que produziu as celulases e a xilanase simultaneamente. As variáveis que influenciam a produção simultânea das celulases e xilanase são pH, tempo de cultivo, tipo de bagaço de cana-de-açúcar e espécie de Aspergillus.

The objective of this work was to determine the variables that influence the simultaneous production of cellulases and xylanase by Aspergillus aculeatus URM 4953 and A. phoenicis URM 4924, using sugarcane bagasse as substrate. Initial pH, cultivation time, substrate concentration, agitation, inoculum concentration, temperature, sugarcane bagasse type and Aspergillus species were the variables evaluated. It was used the 2(8-4) fractional factorial design, with three replicates in the central point. All analysed variables influenced at least one of the enzyme production. The highest enzymatic activities were: total cellulases, 0.45 UI mL-1; endoglucanase, 0.60 UI mL-1; exoglucanase, 0.17 U mL-1; cellobiase, 6.42 UI mL-1; and xylanase, 30.05 U mL-1. The best conditions for enzyme production were: pH 6.0; cultivation time of 168 hours; residual sugarcane bagasse as substrate; and A. aculeatus URM 4953, which produced simultaneously all the cellulases and xylanase. The variables that influence the simultaneous production of cellulases and xylanase are pH, cultivation time, sugarcane bagasse type, and Aspergillus species.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os efeitos da temperatura, pH, relação enzima:substrato (E:S) e tempo de reação sobre a hidrólise enzimática da caseína do leite de cabra Moxotó, com uso de diferentes enzimas proteolíticas. A hidrólise enzimática da caseína caprina foi realizada com uso de tripsina, pepsina e papaína. Para cada enzima, foram utilizados dois níveis de cada variável, na avaliação de seus efeitos sobre a hidrólise da caseína, em um fatorial completo 2(4). Os produtos da hidrólise foram visualizados em eletroforese SDS-PAGE. O melhor valor do grau de hidrólise com a enzima papaína foi obtido em pH 6,5, E:S de 1:150 e 5 horas de hidrólise a 50ºC (28,17%); com a tripsina, em pH 8,5, E:S de 1:150 e 5 horas a 40ºC (29,55%); e com a pepsina, em pH 3,0, E:S de 1:100 e 5 horas a 40ºC (38,27%). A hidrólise da caseína caprina é influenciada positivamente pelo pH e tempo de hidrólise, com o uso da pepsina. Foram observadas interações significativas antagônicas entre pH e relação E:S, com o uso da tripsina; e entre pH, temperatura e tempo de hidrólise, com o uso da papaína. A pepsina apresenta elevada eficiência na hidrólise de αs1, β e κ-caseína, evidenciada por hidrolisados com massa molar abaixo de 14,4 kDa.

The aim of this work was to evaluate the effects of temperature, pH, enzyme:substrate ratio (E:S), and reaction time on the enzymatic hydrolysis of Moxotó breed goat's milk casein, using different proteolytic enzymes. Enzymatic hydrolysis of the capric casein was performed using trypsin, pepsin and papain. For each enzyme, two levels of the variables were used to assess their effects on the hydrolysis of casein, using a full factorial design (2(4)). The hydrolysis products were visualized on SDS-PAGE. The best hydrolysis degree using papain were at pH 6.5, E:S of 1:150 and 5 hours of hydrolysis at 50°C (28.17%); for trypsin, at pH 8.5, E:S of 1:150 and 5 hours at 40°C (29.55%); and for pepsin, at pH 3.0, E:S of 1:100 and 5 hours at 40°C (38.27%). Capric casein hydrolysis is affected positively by pH and reaction time, using pepsin. Significant antagonistic interactions were observed between pH and E:S, with trypsine; and between pH, temperature and reaction time, with papain. Pepsin has high αs1, β e κ-casein hydrolysis efficiency, evidenced by the molar masses below 14.4 kDa of its products.

O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar o perfil de proteases em lesões cutâneas experimentais tratadas com a lectina isolada das sementes da Canavalia brasiliensis (ConBr) livre e conjugada com o seu açúcar específico. Lesões cirúrgicas foram produzidas assepticamente na região dorsal de camundongos (n=120), divididos de acordo com o tratamento empregado: Grupo NaCl (NaCl 150mM), Grupo manose (manose 100mM), Grupo ConBr (ConBr 100µg mL-1) e Grupo ConBr/manose (solução contendo ConBr 100µg mL-1 preparada em manose 100mM). Amostras da área lesada foram coletadas para determinação do perfil de proteases e atividade colagenolítica no 2°, no 7° e no 12° dia de pós-operatório. O perfil das proteínas realizado através de eletroforese SDS-PAGE demonstrou a presença de proteínas com massa molecular de 67kDa em todos os grupos. O Grupo ConBr/manose apresentou a maior atividade colagenolítica no 12° dia de pós-operatório. A lectina isolada das sementes da Canavalia brasiliensis influenciou a expressão de proteases com atividade colagenolítica podendo assim interferir no processo cicatricial das lesões cutâneas em camundongos.

The objective of the present study was determining the proteases profile of cutaneous healings treated with free and conjugated lectin of Canavalia brasiliensis (ConBr) and their specific sugar. An aseptic wound was produced in the thoracic area of the mice (n=120), divided according to the employed treatment: NaCl Group (150mM NaCl), manose Group (100mM manose), ConBr Group (100µg mL-1 ConBr) and ConBr/manose Group (solution containing 100µg mL-1 ConBr prepared in 100mM manose). Samples of the injured area were collected for determination of proteases profile and collagenolytic activity on 2nd, 7th e 12th days after the surgery. Electrophoresis SDS-PAGE demonstrated proteins with molecular mass of 67kDa in all groups. Group IV presented the highest collagenolytic activity on the 12th day post surgery. ConBr lectin influenced proteases expression with collagenolytic activity thus being able to intervene on skin wound healing in mice.

O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar as proteínas do plasma seminal de caprinos da raça Alpina Americana criados na região Nordeste do Brasil que estão relacionadas ao índice pluviométrico e à qualidade do sêmen. O sêmen foi obtido pelo método de vagina artificial a partir de três reprodutores e foi avaliado quanto aos parâmetros macroscópicos e microscópicos. O perfil de proteínas do plasma seminal foi realizado por eletroforese bidimensional. Os parâmetros volume do sêmen, integridade do acrossoma e proteínas totais evidenciaram diferença significativa (P<0,05) entre os períodos de alto (1,7mL, 90,3% e 372µg mL-1, respectivamente) e baixo (1,2mL, 80,3% e 494µg mL-1, respectivamente) índice pluviométrico. Foram detectados, nos períodos de alto e baixo índice pluviométrico, 47 e 49 spots de proteínas com massa molecular relativa de 4 a 106kDa e de 15 a 97kDa e ponto isoelétrico de 3,00 a 8,96 e de 4,48 a 9,83, respectivamente. Apenas no período de alto índice pluviométrico foram observados os grupo de proteínas de 13kDa e 45kDa. Conclui-se que o sêmen de caprinos da raça Alpina Americana criados na região Nordeste do Brasil apresenta-se com melhor qualidade quando colhido no período de alto índice pluviométrico, o que pode ser atribuído à presença das proteínas de 13kDa e 45kDa.

The aim of this study was to identify proteins in seminal plasma of goats raised in the Northeast of Brazil related with precipitation index and semen quality. Semen was obtained from three bucks and evaluated to the microscopic and macroscopic parameters. The profile of seminal plasma proteins was performed by analysis of two-dimensional electrophoresis. Volume, acrosome integrity and total proteins had significant difference (P<0.05) between the periods of high (1.7mL, 90.3% and 372g mL-1, respectively) and low (1.2mL, 80.3% and 494µg mL-1, respectively) precipitation index. It was detected during high and low precipitation index, 47 and 49 spots of proteins with molecular weight of 4 to 106kDa and 15 to 97kDa, and isoelectric point of 3.00 to 8.96, and 4.48 to 9.83, respectively. Only in the period of high precipitation index were observed groups of proteins with 13kDa and 45kDa. It can be concluded that semen of Alpine American goats raised in the Northeast of Brazil has best quality when obtained in the period of high precipitation index, which can be attributed to the presence of protein with 13kDa and 45kDa.

A enzima coagulante de leite obtida de látex de raiz de Jacaratia corumbensis O. kuntze foi caracterizada parcialmente e purificada, por precipitação fracionária com sulfato de amônio e cromatografia de troca de íon. Foram utilizadas cinco frações de sulfato de amônio (AS1 - 0-20%; AS2 - 20-40%; AS3 - 40-60%; AS4 - 60-80%; AS5 - 80-100%), a fração 40-60% (AS3) mostrou alta atividade coagulante com um fator de purificação de 1,2 vezes em relação ao extrato bruto. Esta fração foi aplicada em coluna Mono Q obtendo dois picos de proteína (p1 e p2), o p1 mostrou melhor atividade coagulante. O pH ótimo para o extrato bruto e parcialmente purificado foi 6,5 e 7,0, respectivamente. A atividade coagulante foi atingida a 55ºC para ambos os extratos, bruto e parcialmente purificado. A enzima foi inibida por ácido iodoacético que sugere que esta enzima é uma cisteína protease, com peso molecular de 33 kDa.

The partial characterization and purification of milk clotting enzyme obtained from the (root latex) of Jacaratia corumbensis O. kuntze was studied, by fractional precipitation with ammonium sulphate and ion exchange chromatography. The ammonium sulphate precipitate showed five fractions (AS1- 0-20%; AS2 - 20-40%; AS3 - 40-60%; AS4 - 60-80%; AS5 - 80-100%) and among the fractions obtained, the 40-60% fraction (AS3) showed the highest milk clotting activity with a purification factor of 1.2 fold in relation to the crude extract. This fraction when applied on Mono Q column yielded two protein peaks (p1 and p2), but p1 pool showed the best milk-clotting activity. The optimal pH for the crude and partially purified extract was 6.5 and 7.0, respectively. The maximum milk-clotting activity was at 55ºC for the both crude and partially purified extracts. The enzyme was inhibited by iodoacetic acid which suggested that this enzyme was a cysteine protease, with molecular weight of 33 kDa.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar a produção de queratinase por Aspergillus carbonarius URM 1546, tendo-se como substrato penas de galinha, por meio de planejamento fatorial completo 2³. Todos os parâmetros estudados e as interações de segunda ordem foram estatisticamente significativos. A maior atividade queratinolítica (48,9 U mL-1) foi obtida com 120 rpm, 0,5% (p/v) de penas de galinha e sete dias de cultivo.

The objective of this work was to evaluate the keratinase production by Aspergillus carbonarius URM 1546, using as substrate poultry feather in a full experimental design 2³. The studied parameters and the second-order interactions were statistically significant. The maximum keratinase activity (48.9 U mL-1) was obtained using 120 rpm, with 0.5% (w/v) poultry feather and seven culture days.

Enzimas amilolíticas têm sido amplamente investigadas com a finalidade de melhorar os processos industriais para a degradação do amido. Foi determinado que a extração da enzima em sistema bifásico aquosos é um método aplicável para separação e purificação de biomoléculas em misturas. Vários sistemas compostos de soluções aquosas de polietilenoglicol e fosfato foram avaliados. Estudos de produção em meio mínimo suplementado, à 37ºC, com uma velocidade de agitação de 110rpm e recuperação da amilase a partir do Bacillus subtilis em sistema bifásico aquoso PEG-fosfato foram avaliados. O melhor fator de purificação (5.4) foi obtido no sistema PEG 1000 (16.7% w/w) com fosfato de potássio (14.8% w/w), a pH 6.0, resultando na recuperação da atividade enzimática de 45.2% na fase rica em sal.

Studies were carried out on the partition of amylase from Bacillus subtilis in a minimal medium at 37 ºC and 110 rpm. Enzyme recovery was carried out in aqueous two-phase system PEG-Phosphate salt were carried out. The best purification factor (5.4) was obtained in system PEG 1000 (16.7% w/w) with potassium phosphate (14.8% w/w), at pH 6.0, resulting in a recovery of 45.2% activity enzymatic in the salt-rich phase.

O efeito do polissacarídeo de Anacardium occidentale L. (POLICAJU) foi avaliado na fase inflamatória do processo cicatricial em camundongos (Mus musculus) Swiss (n=90), organizados de acordo com o tratamento empregado: Grupo I (NaCl 150mM), Grupo II (ácido ascórbico 75mg ml-1) e Grupo III (emulsão contendo POLICAJU 150mg ml-1 preparado em ácido ascórbico 75mg ml-1). As lesões cutâneas foram realizadas assepticamente na região torácica dorsal e cada ferida foi tratada em dose única (200µl) imediatamente após a cirurgia. As feridas foram avaliadas diariamente sob o ponto de vista clínico e histopatológico até o 6° dia de pós-operatório (PO). No 5° dia PO, observou-se um menor percentual de edema e hiperemia no Grupo III em relação aos grupos controle, ao passo que os valores de área da ferida e do percentual de contração não foram estatisticamente significativos. A avaliação histopatológica do grupo tratado com POLICAJU demonstrou a presença de tecido de granulação fibrovascular no 6° dia PO, enquanto os grupos controle apresentavam tecido de granulação com padrão vascular. O tratamento proposto propiciou sinais flogísticos menos acentuados (edema e hiperemia) durante o período inflamatório, compatível com o processo de reparação mais avançado do ponto de vista histopatológico, sugerindo a possível utilização clínica da emulsão contendo POLICAJU.

The effect of the polysaccharide from Anacardium occidentale L. gum (POLICAJU) was evaluated in the inflammatory phase of the wound healing in Swiss mice (Mus musculus) (n=90), divided according to the employed treatment: Group I (NaCl 150mM), Group II (75mg ml-1 ascorbic acid) and Group III (emulsion containing 150mg ml-1 POLICAJU prepared in 75mg ml-1 ascorbic acid). An aseptic wound was produced in the dorsal thoracic area and each wound was treated in a single dose (200µl) soon after the accomplishment of the lesions. Daily, the wounds were submitted to the clinical and histopathological evaluation until the 6th day of postoperative (PO). In the 5th day PO, the Group III presented the signs oedema and hyperemia, in smaller percentile than the control groups. The results of area of the wound and percentile of contraction didn’t obtain statistical significance. The histopathological evaluation revealed, in the 6th day PO, that the Group III presented fibrovascular granulation tissue, while the control groups presented vascular granulation tissue. The use of POLICAJU propitiated to the animals of the treated group inflammatory signs less accentuated (oedema and hyperemia) in the inflammatory period, compatible with the normal wound healing process under the point of view histopathological, suggesting the possible clinical employment of the POLICAJU emulsion.
